Dr. Amos Wilson’s Last Interview (1995)

It’s all a setup…

African Blood Siblings

Listen Siblings, I come in peace,

“All of us may not live to see the higher accomplishments of an African empire, so strong and powerful as to compel the respect of mankind, but we in our lifetime can so work and act as to make the dream a possibility within another generation.” — Marcus Garvey

Dr. Amos Wilson died in 1995 under mysterious circumstances.  Few understand how he died; yet the method appears similar to Dr. Khalid Muhammad’s death.  Both were warriors for the African race.  Dr. Amos Wilson asked:

“Why does the Black man say, “freedom is doing what I  want to do!” and why is it that every thing he “wants to do” enriches the European?”

In light of Marcus Garvey’s quotation (1920s), in light of Carter G. Woodson’s statements (1930s), but also in light of Ibn Battuta statement on our excellence (1300s) our work will reward…

Time to Break Out The LEGOS–I’M BUILDING A BODY!

I just wanted to pop in real quick with an entry before I run offline for some time. TODAY is DAY ONE of STARTING ANU with a Health & Fitness regimen! I start my workout tonight at 8:30 and right now I’m just making all the final preparations for when I get to WORK OUT MY FITNESS! Xoxo

Long story short, I’ve been wanting and meaning to start excercising again for SO LONG but for some reason inspiration eluded me and….I just kept putting Day One off until tomorrow. TERRIBLE feeling, let me tell you.

But lately, my Sweetheart has been pushing me and MOTIVATING me, helping me along in making the decision to GET UP AND GET IT POPPIN’ with my excercising–NO EXCUSES! He, along with his two awesome fitness expert brothers have been teaching me SO MUCH and giving me all the information and motivation I needed! You know, that Self-motivation with that extra BOOST from OUTSIDE influences who care about you. ^_^

I’ll be sure to tell you how it goes because this week is just what I’m calling my “Test Run” week where I get established with each exercise and see how it feels, if there’s any tweaking or changing needed, etc.

I’ll also share my sources and the foods I’m eating too. And if there’s ANY fitness and health experts out there (preferably HOLISTIC experts), FEEL FREE to give me any pointers or feedback because I WILL without a doubt, be sharing.

Ok, that’s all for now–PEACE! Xoxo

Established ORDER in the Midst of CHAOS

Since I want this blog to be as NEAT and make as much SENSE as possible, for now, I’ll aim to write WEEKLY main entries until I get ALL THE WAY organized over here on my end. 😉

But also, there’s a chance that I’ll completely disregard what I wrote above and I’ll just keep coming out of the clear blue writing entries. Ha, ha!

I can be quite indecisive like that sometimes.

And let’s not forget…for all those who study Astrology..it IS Mercury Retrograde out here, so…(ughhhhh!!!)

Judge me not.

XOXO

Question…#3

Why is it that SLAVERY and CIVIL RIGHTS are the ONLY things being talked, taught and learned about for “Black History Month”…during the SHORTEST month of the year? What about our story BEFORE that?

Personal gain or community gain.

Balance…is…Key.

Scholarism

I’m finding that SOME of these conscious educated groups, people, and pages are all doing the same thing, preaching the same information for personal gain and not community gain. Either they have a clothing line, hair product, website or blog, they are photographers , painters, artist, musicians, and poets. But you rarely see them feature another African-American’s work or group, promote another persons page or account or even support other conscious minded pages because they want all of the focus on their clothing line, hair page, etc. yeah you want to have a fan base, but you can’t say your helping your people and not joining with other like minded people.

You can’t help a grand people by yourselves!!! I always reach out to other artist to work with them collectively because we are promoting the same cause!! If you got 3000 followers and I have 2500 we both…

Question…#2

How come…the Negroes of the so-called “CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY” are just as psycho-obsessed with Egypt as the Elitist, Racist, White Supremacist, “Scholarly” Egyptologist Caucasoids are?

I do NOT care if you call Egypt KEMET, KAM, CUSH, NO! The fact of the matter is FAR too many of my people are literally STUCK on Egypt like that’s the ONLY country in Africa worth studying, examining, learning about, etc., and I want to know WHY.
